HOW DO WE GET STARTED?
Fill out and submit the form on the Contact page. We will contact you to discuss your needs once we receive your information.
Depending on the scope and complexity of the project, we will determine if an in-home consult is necessary. In-home consults are typically 30 minutes to 1 hour.
For businesses, an in-person consult will be necessary.

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT PROCESS?
Payment is due after the completion of each session.
A deposit will be collected to secure the date and time of your session.
We accept many forms of payments. We can discuss what works best for you.

DO I NEED TO BE INVOLVED IN THE PROCESS?
It's up to you! Many clients choose to be gone while the magic happens. Some clients choose to be involved in the process.
Clients often need help deciding what to toss and what to keep when it comes to purging clothing items -having assistance will speed up the process.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED AND WILL YOU TRAVEL?
We are located in Alabama and serve the Greater Birmingham area. We have traveled for clients so we are happy to discuss any inquiries.

HOW ARE PRODUCT PURCHASES HANDLED?
We handle all purchases for reimbursement. We handle any returns, if needed. Products will be shipped to us so you do not have to deal with the boxes. We bring all products on the install day.
We source the most cost efficient products specifically tailored to your space.
If you do not wish to purchase new products, we can work with what you have.

WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR YOUR SERVICES & WHAT IS INCLUDED?

The following are included in every project:
Space Planning and Design.
Shopping (Purchases and Returns).
Hauling away of donations and excess trash (1 car load per visit).

HOW LONG DOES EACH SESSION LAST?
Most sessions are between 4 to 7 hours. We have a 4 hour minimum for new clients and a 2 hour minimum for established clients.

Space Planning:
You need help utilizing your space better.

You need easy to maintain systems set up so everyone knows where to put things back in their “home”. Every item in your home or business should have a designated home!

Your significant other is moving in or maybe a loved one you are caring for is moving in and you need help implementing their belongings.
Welcoming a New Baby:
You need help with organizing and setting up systems to be prepared for your new bundle of joy.
Decluttering:
You need someone to help you decide what to get rid of and what to keep. You need someone to remove these items for you.
Moving:
You need help decluttering and removing unwanted items before your move.
You need help packing for your move.
You need help unpacking and setting up your new home in an organized way.
You need spaces organized prior to professional photos.
